God certainly cares more about Joe Biden's grandchildren than he does
Lord Almighty, Joe, Let It Go!
Everyone wants Joe Biden gone.
Even the people who don’t want him gone really want him gone.
and unless i say something, i think he will be remembered as a terrible man
i don't believe that is true
he is a product of a corrupt system
a creature of it
he is aging the way people do
did in the 20th century
both his mind and his brain have ossified terribly
and a degree of confidence
to the point of beligerence
was what he needed to succeed and obtain his position
all americans have been confronted with a terrible psychological riddle
the Trump card
a man possessed with self-confidence so great
it appears to be a superpower
and that is alluring to some
properly terrifying to others
Trump also possessed charm and humor that were at times preternatural
all of the qualities needed to succeed in american politics
but also the none too thinly veiled moral compass of a blatant sociopath
an apparent sexual predator
to underscore the american justice systems inability to control such people
when they obtain positions of power and priviledge
a man whose apparent interest in political office
was indulging himself in the corruption that pervades our political system
and i think that Joe Biden
and many others like him
are inherently good people
but sadly unqualified and unprepared to make the necessary changes
to preserve that system for future generations
because a government exists within an ecosystem
and both our political system, and our economic system are addicted to growth
older generations grew up and spent most of their careers
in an era when rapid exploitation of natural resources was the wise thing to do
and when you are drilling an oil well
debt is a sensible thing
our modern system of debt was created for that very purpose
i musn't rant
on any of these topics
because i'm really not qualified
the point is
we need a new economic system
that focuses on getting real goods and services to people in need
rather than line go up
we need a new political system
worldwide
that actually lives up to its ideals
rather than letting those ideals stand as a tip jar
begging powerful people for change in their few moments of magnanimity
we need a military-industrial complex
without the militaries
focused on making needful things
not making as much as possible, as extravagantly as possible
and as far as the "assassination plot" on Trump
nobody was hurt who didn't deserve it
that was God scamming a bunch of people
who need to step away from power
